ADNOC Vendor Registration and Pre Qualification
This guide explains the process and requirements for registering your company with the
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) as an approved vendor or supplier
Purpose of ADNOC Registration
To work with ADNOC Group or its subsidiaries, your company must be registered and
approved as a vendor or supplier in the ADNOC system.
This registration allows you to:
- Participate in ADNOC tenders and contracts
- Get listed as an approved supplier
- Apply for the mandatory In-Country Value (ICV) certification
Prerequisites
Before applying, ensure your company has the following:
- Valid UAE Trade License (with relevant activity)
- Company Profile (services/products list, experience, clients, etc.)
- Tax Registration Number (TRN)
- Latest Audited Financial Statements
- Valid ICV Certificate (mandatory for ADNOC suppliers)
- Nafis & MoHRE Registration (for Emiratisation compliance)
Registration Steps
Step 1: Create an Account
Visit the ADNOC Supplier Portal: https://adnoc.ae/suppliers and create a vendor account.
Step 2: Fill the Vendor Registration Form
Provide the following details:
- Company general information (license, ownership, address)
- Contact details
- Financial and banking information
- Business categories (based on ADNOC material/service codes)
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Attach all supporting documents:
- Trade License
- VAT Certificate
- Owner Passport Copies (UAE nationals/foreign shareholders)
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate
- Audited Financial Statements
- ICV Certificate
Step 4: Prequalification Process
Before being eligible for tenders, your company must complete the ADNOC prequalification
process:
- Submit detailed technical and operational capability documents
- Provide safety and quality certifications
- Demonstrate experience with similar projects or contracts
- ADNOC evaluates financial stability, compliance, and past performance
Step 5: Submit & Await Approval
ADNOC reviews the application and prequalification information. Once approved, your
company will receive a Vendor Registration Number (VRN).
You can then participate in ADNOC tenders and procurement opportunities.
Important Notes
- Only companies with relevant business activities (oil & gas, engineering, construction,
supply, or services) are eligible. - The ICV Certificate is mandatory for ADNOC supplier approval.
- Free zone companies may need a mainland branch or local agent depending on activity.
